Subject: Add Support for Adopting existing Sccs files. 

Yes, the add works.  No, what it adds isn't quite useable.   The revisions
generated when you use the add code from Bulletin 10 are missing the Zeros
after the first dot.  This is necessary to make things sort correctly in 
SMGR.  

The quicky correction is this:
	{smgrglob.i}
	{strevvar.i}
	for each stsrev: {strevcnv.i &rev = "stsrev.rev"} end.

The actual code correction is in:
	update 11 containing:
		staddex.i 1.11

You can obtain this update by calling our system:

       passwd: tools
Pick your protocol: Zmodem, Ymodem, Xmodem, Kermit
   Identifier: smgr11

And it will start downloading it to you. 

Check the file size, which should be:
rw-rw-r--   1 neal     mnop       21572 Aug 17 11:41 upd11.tar.Z

then climb into the SMGR directory, and unpack it:
	zcat upd11.tar | tar xvf -

and run the recompile script to recompile the system.
